Privacy Policy
This site is run by Keviro Flyover ("we"), an aerial video business based in Irvine, California. This policy covers this website and the booking form on it. It does not cover a shoot we have been hired for: what happens to footage of your course is set by the agreement for that job, not by this page.
What the booking form collects
One form on this site sends us anything: the booking form under "Scope Your Shoot". Submitting it sends us
- your first and last name;
- your email address;
- your phone number, if you give one. The field is optional;
- the course name and the week you would prefer, if you are sending a flight plan rather than a question;
- whatever you write in the message box;
- the flight plan itself, which is the answers you gave the estimator: hole count, course type, tree cover, total yardage, the add-ons you picked, and the rate-card figure the page showed you;
- a reference number generated in your browser so we can both quote it.
That is the whole list. The form does not collect anything you did not type into it, and there is no hidden field beyond one empty box that catches automated spam.
Where it goes
The booking form has no server or database of ours behind it. It posts to FormSubmit, a third-party relay that turns the submission into an email and sends it to [email protected]. Your submission passes through FormSubmit's systems on the way, so their handling of it is governed by their privacy policy as well as this one. After that it sits in our email inbox like any other message.
If the relay fails, the page offers you a link that opens the same details in your own email program instead. Nothing is sent anywhere in that case until you press send yourself.
How long we keep it
Booking enquiries that do not lead to a job are kept for 24 months and then deleted. If we end up working together, the records of that job are kept for as long as business and tax record-keeping requires.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. Nothing here tracks you between visits or follows you to other sites. Your browser may keep the video clips in its ordinary cache, which is the same thing it does with any image on any page.
Analytics
We measure how this site is used in two ways. Neither sets a cookie.
Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits, pages viewed and page speed, using a script from Cloudflare that runs on each page.
Our own event log counts events: a page view, a click on a call to action, and the booking form being viewed, started, sent or failing. Each event records the page you were on, the site that sent you, any campaign tag in the link you followed, and your country, which Cloudflare's network works out from the request. For the booking form it also records the type of request and the holes, package and estimated price you chose. These events age out after about 90 days.
The event log never includes the details you type into the form: not your name, your email, your phone number or your course. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, the event log records nothing. Cloudflare's count is separate and may still include your visit.
Fonts
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page here loads. We do not use Google for anything else and we receive nothing back.
What we never do
- We do not sell or share your details with anyone.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked a question.
- We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels.
Seeing it or deleting it
Email [email protected] and ask. We will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We do not require an account or a form for this, and asking costs nothing.
We honor these requests from anyone, wherever you live. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Children
This site sells a service to golf courses. It is not aimed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it.
