Keviro Flyover Golf Course Aerials

Terms of Use

This website is operated by Keviro Flyover ("we"). Using it means accepting what follows. If you hire us, the agreement we sign for that shoot governs the work. These terms cover the website, and where the two disagree, the agreement wins.

What the prices here mean

Nothing on this site is an offer you can accept. The figures on the services section and the number the estimator produces are rate-card estimates, and the estimator says so on the page: it takes five answers about your course and multiplies them out. It does not know your airspace, your tee sheet, your tree line or your travel distance.

The quote we send you after we have talked is the binding number. It is the only one. If the estimate and the quote disagree, the quote is right.

What you are looking at

The flyover clips and aerial stills on this site are licensed stock footage, labeled "Sample footage" where they play. We did not film them, they are not flights we have flown for a client, and they are not a portfolio of finished work: they show the style of the product while we build one. The courses in them are not our clients.

Booking a shoot

Sending the booking form is an enquiry, not a booking. Nothing is reserved and nothing is owed until we have both agreed a quote and a date in writing.

Deposit and cancellation terms will be set out in that agreement. Flying is weather-dependent and airspace-dependent, and a date can move for reasons neither of us controls. If weather moves a shoot, rescheduling costs nothing.

What belongs to whom

Everything on this site belongs to us or is used with permission: the writing, the design, the footage, the logo. None of it is yours to reuse without asking. Ask; the answer is often yes.

Footage of your course is a different question, and it is answered in the agreement for that shoot, not here. Who may use it, where, and for how long is part of what you are buying, and it is written down before anyone flies.

Links out

Where this site links somewhere else, we are not responsible for what is on the other end.

No warranty, and what we are liable for

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of error, and we do not promise that an estimate on it will match a quote.

If you hire us, the signed agreement for that shoot governs the work, including what each of us is responsible for.

Privacy

What the booking form collects and where it goes is set out in the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute goes to the courts in Orange County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and using the site afterwards means accepting the new version.
